At each event you'll take part in four rituals: a themed scrub, a biosauna, and two Finnish saunas.
WHAT IS AUFGUSS?
The Nordic-derived aufguss involves throwing water or ice on the hot stones of the brazier inside the sauna resulting in a jet of heat coming out. The sauna master subsequently directs the strong hot jet of steam with towel strokes toward the guests to increase the wellness benefits.
There are different types of aufguss each of which delves into certain aspects, including breathing, meditation, relaxing music, and aromatic essences.
